These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the BMCY Member Communications text messaging program operated by Bais Medrash Chayei Meir Yisroel, Inc. (“BMCY,” “we,” or “us”).
CONSENT AND ENROLLMENT
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from BMCY at the mobile number you provide. You may opt in by texting START to (732) 978-9059 or by giving express consent directly to an authorized BMCY representative. BMCY records the date and method of consent. Providing a phone number, becoming a member, or making a donation does not by itself enroll you. Consent is not a condition of membership, donation, or purchase.
MESSAGE TYPES
Messages may include requests concerning annual or Rov commitments, pledge follow-ups, reminders to schedule or set up pledge payments, member account notifications, and two-way support or conversational replies. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
FREQUENCY AND COST
Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be exchanged when you begin or continue a conversation with BMCY. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
OPT OUT
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may also use another standard opt-out keyword supported by the carrier, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive one final confirmation message, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START.

PRIVACY

CHANGES
We may revise these terms or end the program. Any updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
